Existing Sponsorship Commitments

Previously confirmed commitments, benefits, and arrangements with current sponsors may be considered when evaluating additional sponsorships.

Alignment with Our Community

Sponsors and their proposed participation should be consistent with the cultural, devotional, family-friendly, and community-focused nature of Livingstoncha Raja.

Potential Conflicts

The Committee may consider potential conflicts involving existing commitments, competing interests, event programming, or the overall sponsor and attendee experience.

Availability & Capacity

Sponsorship levels, vendor tables, signage, promotional placements, stage recognition, and other benefits may be limited based on space and availability.

Timing & Production Deadlines

Certain benefits — particularly printed materials, signage, social media promotions, and event displays — may not be available for sponsorships confirmed after applicable deadlines.

Promotional Materials & Activities

Sponsor logos, advertisements, displays, giveaways, messaging, and on-site activities are subject to review and must be appropriate for the event and its audience.

Overall Event Experience

The Committee may consider other reasonable factors necessary to protect the experience, reputation, mission, and interests of Livingstoncha Raja and the community we serve.
