Where It All Began

Livingstoncha Raja began with a vision to bring a traditional Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav, a place where families could come together in devotion, celebrate our rich cultural heritage, and build lasting bonds through the blessings of Lord Ganesha.

What started in 2025 as an idea soon became a shared community effort. Volunteers, sponsors, artists, and devotees came together with one purpose: to create something meaningful that would preserve our traditions while inspiring future generations. Together, they transformed that vision into reality.

Today, Livingstoncha Raja is more than an annual celebration. It is a growing community tradition that welcomes families from across New Jersey to experience Ganeshotsav through sacred rituals, vibrant cultural programs, the energy of Dhol-Tasha, seva, and the warmth of shared fellowship.

Every Pran Pratishtha, every Aarti, every act of seva, and every smiling face reflect what Livingstoncha Raja stands for, a community united by faith, tradition, and togetherness. With the blessings of Lord Ganesha and the unwavering support of our community, this tradition continues to grow, bringing people together through faith, culture, and devotion for generations to come.

Our Values

Togetherness · Samaj

We believe Lord Ganesha's blessings are multiplied when shared. Every decision we make puts the community first — building bonds across generations, backgrounds, and neighborhoods.

Service · Seva

Selfless service is a prayer in action. Our 100+ volunteers don't just run an event — they offer their time, energy, and love as a direct offering to Ganapati Bappa.

Devotion · Bhakti

Authentic spiritual practice is at the heart of everything. From Pran Pratishtha to the final Aarti, every ritual is performed with sincerity, care, and reverence for tradition.

Looking Ahead

Livingstoncha Raja began with the dream of creating a traditional Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav for our local community. As the years go by, our vision remains simple — to preserve our traditions, inspire the next generation, and build one of New Jersey's most cherished community celebrations.

Every year, with the blessings of Lord Ganesha and the support of our community, we hope to welcome more families, create deeper connections, and carry this tradition forward for generations to come.
